Returns & Exchanges
We strive to minimize environmental impact as much as possible, so we provide great detail about each jewelry avoid returns & exchanges. Please help us reduce our carbon footprint by measuring the jewelry you want before you buy it so you know exactly how it'll fit on you. Each product page includes photos, (some) videos, and jewelry dimensions. You can also check out our helpful

Return Options
Your returned jewelry must meet all of these criteria:
Jewelry must be unworn. No visible signs of use, including perfume, scents, etc.
All original packaging must be included.
We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Returns must be sent within 30 days of initiating the return. They will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed.
Exchanges
•Email ggvv@gmail.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
•All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
•Exchange is free on your 1st order*! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
•For additional exchanges you will need to return your item(s) at your own cost
•Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item

•All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.

Final Sale items
Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check sizing.
Defective or Wrong Product
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team ggvv@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order and we will resolve the issue for you.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team ggvv@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
